I like what you have to say about this phone but I am still wondering if I am going to be disappointed by this device like I was the n96. I have owned the 6630, e61, n73, e90, n96. I have not found anything that could compare to e90, but I need 3g. Is the n97 my savior. I am looking for something that will make me finally put away the e90 and I do not wanna waste my money like I did on the n96. help!! :-)

Finally, take a look at this link. Under Out-of-the box experience, you will see no mention to a charger adapter. And he bought his N97 from Nokia USA.

It's not either-or. The retail box should contain the stylus and the adapter. Here's a photo of the contents of a retail box from a GSMArena review. Notice it contains both the stylus and the adapter.

I've linked the official sales package contents from the Nokia USA website. I don't know how could one better document the accuracy of one's information than that.

The box should have contained a Nokia Charger Adapter CA-146C. It's item #6 of the N97 NAM Sales Package Contents, so it was originally there when bought from Nokia. The guy who sold the N97 to you evidently kept it.

Thankfully I was pleasantly wrong thinking you were going to unbox a Palm Pre. The N97 is a phenomenal device. Can't wait to see the video :D
